1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any product, course, content, or service provided by Seven Lifestyles LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the online course Don't Fck This Up! - Sellers Edition ("the Course"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course or any related materials.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seven Lifestyles LLC.

2. Company Information

Seven Lifestyles LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. The Company owns and operates all products, content, intellectual property, and assets associated with the Seven Lifestyles brand, the Don't Fck This Up! brand, and all related properties. Andrew Storms is the founder and managing member of Seven Lifestyles LLC.

3. Nature of the Course and Educational Disclaimer

The Course is an educational product designed to provide general information and strategic frameworks related to the process of selling residential real estate. All content, materials, toolkits, videos, downloadable resources, and related media included in the Course are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

The Course does not constitute and must not be interpreted as:

Licensed real estate advice or brokerage services
Legal advice or legal representation
Financial advice, tax advice, or investment counsel
An appraisal, valuation, or pricing recommendation for any specific property
A substitute for the services of licensed real estate professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, tax professionals, home inspectors, appraisers, or any other licensed or certified professional

You acknowledge and agree that:

Real estate laws, regulations, licensing requirements, disclosure obligations, contract standards, agency relationships, commission structures, and transaction procedures vary significantly by state, county, municipality, province, country, and jurisdiction.
No general educational course can account for the specific laws, regulations, and professional requirements that apply to your location, property, or transaction.
You are solely responsible for consulting with appropriately licensed professionals in your specific jurisdiction before making any real estate decisions, entering into any contracts, listing any property, hiring any agent, or taking any action related to the sale of real property.
The Company, its members, managers, instructors, affiliates, and contractors are not acting as your real estate agent, broker, attorney, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity through the delivery of this Course.
Any examples, case studies, statistics, dollar figures, or market references presented in the Course are for illustrative and educational purposes only and may not reflect the conditions, laws, or outcomes applicable to your specific market, property, or situation.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship

Your purchase of and access to the Course does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind between you and Seven Lifestyles LLC, its members, managers, or any instructor, contributor, or affiliate associated with the Course. No fiduciary duty, agency relationship, advisory relationship, or duty of care is established through your use of the Course.

5. Consult Licensed Professionals

Regardless of what jurisdiction you are located in - whether within the United States or internationally - you must consult with licensed, qualified professionals before acting on any concept, strategy, framework, or information presented in the Course. This includes but is not limited to:

A licensed real estate agent or broker in your jurisdiction
A licensed attorney familiar with real estate law in your jurisdiction
A licensed or certified financial advisor or tax professional
A licensed appraiser or home inspector as applicable
Any other professional required by the laws of your jurisdiction

Real estate transactions are governed by local, state, and national laws that differ materially across jurisdictions. What is legally permissible, standard practice, or strategically advisable in one jurisdiction may be prohibited, uncommon, or inadvisable in another. The Company makes no representation that any information in the Course is current, complete, or applicable to the laws, regulations, or market conditions of your specific jurisdiction.

You assume all risk and responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on Course content. The Company shall have no liability for any outcome resulting from your failure to consult appropriate licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.

6. Purchase, Access, and Pricing

Founding Access: The Course is initially offered at a founding member price of $397 USD (one-time payment). This pricing is available only during the founding access window and is subject to change without notice. After the founding window closes, the standard price is $797 USD.

Lifetime Access: Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the Course as it exists at the time of purchase, plus any future updates, additions, or bonus materials added to the Course after your purchase. "Lifetime access" means access for the operational life of the platform on which the Course is hosted. If the Company changes platforms, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure continued access or an equivalent method of delivery.

Physical Book: If your purchase includes a physical book, shipping and handling are included at no additional cost to domestic U.S. addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. The Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties. Physical books shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees, which are your responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Course - including but not limited to video, audio, text, images, graphics, toolkits, checklists, frameworks, downloadable materials, the physical book, brand names, logos, course names, taglines, and all proprietary methodologies - is the exclusive intellectual property of Seven Lifestyles LLC.

This includes but is not limited to the trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property associated with:

Seven Lifestyles
Don't Fck This Up!
Don't Fck This Up! - Sellers Edition
All variations, abbreviations, and derivative marks thereof

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any Course content in any form
Upload, post, or transmit any Course content to any website, platform, social media account, or file-sharing service
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Course content
Create derivative works based on Course content
Use any Course content to train artificial intelligence models or datasets
Share your login credentials or account access with any other person
Record, screenshot, or capture Course content for redistribution
Use the Company's trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written consent

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and Seven Lifestyles LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages.

9. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your account has been shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course and all related materials in a manner consistent with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Course or its content to:

Misrepresent yourself as a licensed real estate professional if you are not one
Provide real estate advice, legal advice, or financial advice to others based on Course content
Harass, defame, or harm the Company, its members, instructors, or other users
Engage in any activity that violates the intellectual property rights outlined in Section 8

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE COURSE AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE COURSE WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT, FINANCIAL OUTCOME, SALE PRICE, OR TRANSACTION RESULT. ANY REFERENCES TO DOLLAR FIGURES, STATISTICS, AVERAGES, OR OUTCOMES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OR PROJECTIONS OF YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESULTS.

YOUR RESULTS WILL DEPEND ON NUMEROUS FACTORS BEYOND THE COMPANY'S CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: YOUR LOCAL REAL ESTATE MARKET CONDITIONS, THE PROFESSIONALS YOU HIRE, YOUR PROPERTY'S CONDITION AND LOCATION, YOUR EXECUTION OF ANY STRATEGIES, ECONOMIC CONDITIONS, INTEREST RATES, AND APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN LIFESTYLES LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, INSTRUCTORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE COURSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF PROPERTY VALUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION OUTCOME.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE COURSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seven Lifestyles LLC, its members, managers, and all affiliated instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of the Course or any related materials
Your violation of these Terms
Any real estate transaction decision you make based on or influenced by the Course
Any claim that you relied on Course content as professional advice
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Any third-party claim arising from your use of Course concepts, strategies, or frameworks

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Course is hosted on a third-party platform (currently Kajabi). The Company is not responsible for the platform's availability, performance, security, or terms of service. Your use of the hosting platform is subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

Any links to third-party websites, tools, or services within the Course are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

14. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding income, property sale prices, transaction outcomes, or financial results. Any references to specific dollar amounts, statistics, or average figures (including the $54,063 figure referenced in marketing materials) are drawn from third-party research and represent general data points, not predictions of your individual outcome.

Individual results vary based on market conditions, property characteristics, execution, professional representation, timing, jurisdiction-specific regulations, and many other factors. Purchasing the Course does not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Course after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Wyoming in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seven Lifestyles LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seven Lifestyles LLC with respect to the Course and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
