Terms of Service
Seven Lifestyles LLC
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
DRAFT FOR ATTORNEY REVIEW. This is a thorough working draft prepared as a starting point. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and finalized by a licensed attorney familiar with online-course/digital-product law and Wyoming entity law before publication or use. Certain provisions (notably the limitation of liability, arbitration, and class-action waiver) are enforced differently from state to state, and your attorney should calibrate them to the jurisdictions where your buyers reside.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, registering for, or otherwise using any product, course, content, community, coaching, or service provided by Seven Lifestyles LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including without limitation the online course Don't Fck This Up! - Sellers Edition (the "Course") and all related videos, audio, text, downloadable materials, toolkits, books, and community access (collectively, the "Materials"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the Course or any Materials. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seven Lifestyles LLC.
2. Company Information
Seven Lifestyles LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming. The Company owns and operates all products, content, intellectual property, and assets associated with the Seven Lifestyles brand, the Don't Fck This Up! brand, and all related properties. Andrew Storms is the founder and managing member of Seven Lifestyles LLC.
For purposes of these Terms, "Company Parties" means Seven Lifestyles LLC together with its members, managers, founders, instructors, authors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents. Every disclaimer, release, limitation of liability, and indemnity in these Terms applies to and for the benefit of each of the Company Parties.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Course. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Nature of the Course: Educational Purpose Only
The Course is an educational product designed to provide general information, strategic frameworks, and the personal experience, opinions, and observations of its author regarding the process of selling residential real estate. All Materials are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
The Course does not constitute, and must not be interpreted or relied upon as:
- Real estate brokerage services, real estate advice, or the practice of real estate;
- Legal advice or legal representation;
- Financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice or counsel;
- An appraisal, valuation, comparative market analysis, or pricing recommendation for any specific property; or
- A substitute for the services of a licensed real estate broker or agent, attorney, financial advisor, tax professional, accountant, home inspector, appraiser, or any other licensed or certified professional.
You acknowledge and agree that real estate laws, regulations, licensing requirements, disclosure obligations, contract standards, agency relationships, commission structures, and transaction procedures vary significantly by state, county, municipality, province, country, and jurisdiction, and that no general educational course can account for the specific laws, regulations, and professional requirements that apply to your location, property, or transaction.
5. Audiovisual Format; On-Screen Information and Updates
The Course is an audiovisual product and is intended to be watched, not merely listened to. Important information is conveyed through on-screen text, graphics, captions, slides, charts, links, attachments, and other visual elements that accompany the spoken audio. These visual elements may contain updates, corrections, clarifications, qualifications, disclaimers, current figures, and other information that is not stated in the audio alone.
The Company periodically updates, revises, and corrects the Course videos and their on-screen elements as needed, including to reflect changes in law, market conditions, or industry practice, or to correct or clarify previously recorded statements. The most current and accurate information may appear only in the on-screen visual elements and any accompanying attachments.
If you choose to listen to the Course as audio only, or otherwise do not view the video, the on-screen elements, and the attachments, you may not receive all of the information presented, including updated, corrected, or clarifying information, and you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for viewing the complete audiovisual Course and any accompanying attachments. The Company and the Company Parties are not responsible for any information you miss, or any decision you make, as a result of choosing not to view the full visual content and attachments of the Course.
6. No Professional Advice
Nothing in the Course or the Materials constitutes real estate, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. The Company and the Company Parties are not acting in any licensed or professional capacity in connection with the Course, and nothing in the Course constitutes the practice of real estate, law, accounting, or any other licensed profession.
Any examples, case studies, statistics, dollar figures, market references, scripts, checklists, or frameworks presented in the Course are for illustrative and educational purposes only and may not reflect the conditions, laws, or outcomes applicable to your specific market, property, or situation.
7. No Agency, Brokerage, or Fiduciary Relationship
Your purchase of, access to, or use of the Course does not create any agency, brokerage, fiduciary, advisory, professional-client, or attorney-client relationship between you and the Company or any of the Company Parties. No fiduciary duty, agency relationship, advisory relationship, or duty of care of any kind is established through your purchase or use of the Course.
The Company and the Company Parties are not acting as, and are not, your real estate agent, broker, attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity through the delivery of the Course, and are not providing brokerage services to you.
8. No Referral Service; No Agent Recommendations
The Company does not operate a real estate referral service, agent-matching service, or agent-recommendation service of any kind. The Company and the Company Parties do not recommend, endorse, refer, vet, select, or introduce any specific real estate agent, broker, brokerage, lender, or other service provider to you, and do not receive any fee, commission, referral payment, kickback, or other compensation in connection with your selection of, engagement of, or transaction with any real estate agent, broker, brokerage, lender, or other service provider.
The Course teaches you how to evaluate and select professionals for yourself. Any decision to contact, interview, hire, or transact with any real estate agent, broker, or other professional is solely your own decision and responsibility, made independently of the Company. The Company is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any relationship or transaction between you and any third-party professional.
9. No Guarantee of Results; Earnings and Savings Disclaimer
The Company makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that you will earn or save any money, avoid any loss, sell any property faster, achieve any particular sale price, or achieve any specific financial, transactional, or other outcome as a result of the Course.
Your results depend on numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including without limitation your local real estate market conditions, the professionals you choose to hire, your property's condition and location, your preparation and execution, your willingness to use the Materials, economic conditions, interest rates, and the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
Any examples shared in the Course or in marketing materials (including without limitation specific dollar amounts, savings figures, percentage gains or losses, average-savings figures, market-timing scenarios, and seller stories) reflect specific situations and circumstances. They are not guarantees, projections, or predictions of the outcome of your own real estate transaction. Any statistics referenced, including industry studies and figures related to agent performance or aggregate seller outcomes, are drawn from third-party or publicly available sources, reflect general or industry-wide data, and are not representative of any individual transaction or outcome.
The Course may include a physical or digital book and may include professional or sample documents, forms, or templates provided as part of the Founders Circle (founding member) offering. These materials may contain information that is outdated or no longer current. The professional documents provided reflect forms, practices, and information current as of 2025, and the book may likewise contain information that has since changed. Real estate laws, contracts, forms, agency rules, commission practices, and disclosure requirements change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the book or any provided document is current, complete, accurate, or applicable to your jurisdiction or situation. Before relying on, completing, signing, or using any information, document, form, or template provided with the Course, you must confirm it with your own licensed attorney and any other appropriate licensed professional.
10. Forward-Looking Statements and Market Commentary
The Course contains commentary, opinions, and observations about real estate markets, economic conditions, interest rates, and industry trends, including statements about possible future conditions. All such statements are forward-looking opinions that reflect the personal views of the author at the time of recording. They are not predictions, guarantees, or advice, and they may prove inaccurate. Markets and conditions change, and past performance and historical patterns are not indicative of future results. You should not make any decision in reliance on any market commentary in the Course.
11. Opinions, Commentary, and Third-Party References
The Course reflects the author's personal opinions, viewpoints, and commentary, including opinions and commentary regarding the real estate industry, real estate agents and brokers, brokerages, marketing practices, and media. All such statements are the author's subjective opinions and protected commentary and are not statements of fact about any specific individual or entity. Any reference to a third-party company, brand, product, or service is for commentary, illustration, or identification only, does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship, and remains the property of its respective owner.
12. Compliance With Law; Fair Housing
You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you and to any real estate activity you undertake, including without limitation the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing and anti-discrimination laws, real estate licensing laws, and advertising and disclosure laws.
The Course does not encourage, condone, or endorse any unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive practice. Nothing in the Course should be interpreted to suggest selecting, targeting, excluding, or marketing to any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. The Company and the Company Parties bear no responsibility or liability for any User's violation of any law, including any fair housing or anti-discrimination law.
13. Consult Licensed Professionals
Regardless of where you are located, within the United States or internationally, you must consult with licensed, qualified professionals before acting on any concept, strategy, framework, or information presented in the Course, including without limitation:
- A licensed real estate agent or broker in your jurisdiction;
- A licensed attorney familiar with real estate law in your jurisdiction;
- A licensed or certified financial advisor or tax professional;
- A licensed appraiser or home inspector, as applicable; and
- Any other professional required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
What is legally permissible, standard practice, or strategically advisable in one jurisdiction may be prohibited, uncommon, or inadvisable in another. The Company makes no representation that any information in the Course is current, complete, or applicable to the laws, regulations, or market conditions of your specific jurisdiction.
14. Assumption of Risk; Sole Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any and all decisions and actions you take based on, or influenced by, the Course, including without limitation decisions about whether to sell, how to price a property, what to disclose, which professionals to hire, and what agreements to sign. You assume all risk and responsibility for such decisions and actions. The Company and the Company Parties shall have no liability for any outcome resulting from your decisions or from your failure to consult appropriate licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.
15. Purchase, Access, and Pricing
Founding Access. The Course is initially offered at a founding member price of $297 USD (one-time payment). This pricing is available only during the founding-access window and is subject to change without notice. After the founding window closes, the standard price is $797 USD.
Lifetime Access. Your purchase grants you access to the Course as it exists at the time of purchase, plus any future updates, additions, or bonus materials added after your purchase. "Lifetime access" means access for the operational life of the platform on which the Course is hosted. If the Company changes platforms, reasonable efforts will be made to provide continued access or an equivalent method of delivery. The Company does not guarantee access for any specific period and may discontinue the Course or platform with reasonable notice.
Physical Book. If your purchase includes a physical book, shipping and handling are included at no additional cost to domestic U.S. addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and the Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties. Physical books shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are your responsibility.
16. Refund Policy
Seven Lifestyles LLC offers a 30-day satisfaction promiseΒ on Don't Fck This Up! - Sellers Edition. To qualify for a full refund, you must: (1) complete the program and its included tools within thirty (30) days of purchase; and (2) email backoffice@sevenlifestyles.com within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date confirming that you have worked through the Materials. Qualifying refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten (7 to 10) business days.
Upon refund, your access to the program, tools, bonus materials, and any included community or Insider's Circle ends. If a physical book was included, it is yours to keep and need not be returned. The promise applies only to the program and does not cover any third-party expenses incurred outside the program (such as fees paid to agents, attorneys, inspectors, or other professionals). Refund requests submitted after the thirty-day window are not eligible. Users who have not accessed the program may, at the Company's discretion, be offered an extension rather than a refund.
For questions, contact sellers@sevenlifestyles.com.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE COURSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE COURSE.
24. Indemnification
