6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Targeted Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, analyze usage, and deliver advertising. These include:

  • Essential cookies: required for site functionality, account access, and payment processing
  • Analytics cookies: used to understand how visitors interact with our site (such as Google Analytics)
  • Advertising cookies and pixels: used to deliver, target, and measure our advertising (such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads tags, and similar technologies)

Targeted advertising and retargeting. We and our advertising partners use cookies and pixels to show you our advertising on other websites, platforms, and social media based on your visits to our site and your interaction with our content. This is commonly called retargeting or interest-based advertising.

Your choices. You can control or opt out of this activity in several ways:

  • Adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies (this may affect site functionality)
  • Use the ad-preference or opt-out settings of advertising platforms (for example, your Meta and Google ad settings)
  • Use industry opt-out tools, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org)
  • Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or opt-out request described in Sections 13 and 14

Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable law, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Our website does not currently respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals.

7. Email Communications

We send two types of email: transactional email related to your purchase and account, and marketing or educational email that you may opt into. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us at the address in Section 18. Transactional emails necessary to deliver your purchase are not promotional and may continue after you opt out of marketing.

We comply with applicable email laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Our marketing emails identify us as the sender, include a valid physical postal address, and provide a working opt-out, and we honor opt-out requests within the time required by law.

8. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you transactional and, where you have consented, marketing or promotional text messages about the Course, related products, events, and announcements.

Consent. By opting in or providing your mobile number for this purpose, you give your prior express written consent to receive text messages from us, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message, and we may still send transactional messages necessary to complete a purchase or provide a service you requested.

No carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Community, Coaching, and User-Generated Content

If you participate in any group calls, community, membership, Insider's Circle, coaching, or webinar, please understand that information you share in those settings may be visible to other participants and is not private. Do not share another person's personal or confidential information without their permission.

We may record group calls, coaching sessions, and webinars for educational, operational, and quality purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not join, or leave the session.

Any content you post or submit in a community or to us ("User Content") is also governed by our Terms of Service, including the license you grant to us in connection with that content.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Course and related services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our Terms of Service), or to complete a pending transaction.

Transactional records (purchase history and payment confirmations) may be retained for up to seven (7) years for accounting, tax compliance, and legal purposes.

11. Data Security and Breach Notification

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure hosting infrastructure, and restricted access to personal data. Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by applicable law.

Appeals. If we decline to act on your request and your state's law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by contacting us at the address in Section 18. We will respond to your appeal within the time required by law and explain our decision.

14. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

As described in Section 5, although we do not sell personal information for money, our use of advertising technologies may be treated as "sharing" or a "sale" under California law. You may opt out using the methods in Section 6, including the Global Privacy Control. We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our products and services.

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 18.
